HARD COPY PROCEEDINGS

The Workshop proceedings will be published on a CD or DVD ROM. These will be given to all participants of the Workshop. In addition, Hardcopy proceedings will be published on demand only, for a price. We recommend to place orders as soon as possible. Prices will be progressive correlated to time.

Online orders should be made before March 1st, 2010 for $65. Any order for hardcopy proceedings arrived at the Workshop Secretariat from 1.3.2010 until the first day of the Workshop, 15.3.2010, will be approved for $75. As it takes at least 24 hours to receive the hardcopy proceedings after placing the orders, all orders placed after 15.3.2010 will be approved for $95 only. This is to include Shipping costs in particular and also handling.
